two worlds…one love

We loved to be part of this Wedding! It was HARD to pick just a few shots.. I didn’t even have a chance to look through all the photos yet (there are so so many!) so I decided to make two posts for this Wedding… Post I (which is this one) will be mostly with pictures of the ceremony and Part II will have pictures of the reception.

Faysal is from Morocco and Renee is American so it was so awesome to see them incorporating both cultures on the Wedding… it reminded me of my marriage since I am from Brazil and my husband is American  :)

We were very lucky because it was supposed to be a rainy day but it ended up being a beautiful sunny day… it did rain but it was just towards the end of the Wedding so it was not a big deal.

The ceremony took place on the beautiful yard of Sullivan House… so so close to where I live (another plus! lol)

The ceremony looked like a beautiful fairy tale with even a carriage that took the bride to the ceremony and then rode away with both bride and groom. The reception was full of life and music from both countries.

I have seen pictures from Morocco before and I LOVED the Morocco section in Disney… lol, yeah.. I am a Disney fan  ;)   Anyway, Renee and Faysal put on a beautiful slideshow with pictures of Morocco in their Wedding and I fell in love with that place… hehehe

Renee was such a sweet bride…everything was good for her and she would take into consideration all of my suggestions for her photos… Ian and I loved working with this great couple!  :)

The day after their Wedding I was off to do their Trash The Dress session… and what a great adventure we had  ;)   I will post samples of their Trash The Dress session soon!

Enjoy the part I of their Wedding!

August 31, 2009 - 7:46 am Renee - Danielle, thank you so, so, so much! These all look absolutely amazing! words really can't describe how happy i am with the pictures. Oh, and it's funny that you mention the Disney version of Morocco, because that's actually where Faysal and I met, at the Moroccan pavilion at Epcot. Thanks so much and I can't wait to see more! thanks so much, Renee and Faysal
