I know I had mentioned this before but once again, the time frame for all Portrait Sessions and Weddings for pictures to be edited does NOT take in consideration weeks that have Holidays in them. So please, make sure to add those holiday days to your wait time. We, like everyone else, don’t work on holidays

I know both bride and groom are probably super anxious/excited to see samples so here we go

I still have about other 5 Weddings to post here as well. I usually post more portrait sessions than Weddings because to sort through the Wedding photos to pick only a few samples to post on the Blog is a hard job to do

We are on “crunch time” during these next few weeks to come so the Blog will lack a bit of attention. We have sessions to photograph and tons of editing to do!

We only have a few more spots left for this year so make sure to book your session ASAP if you are planning in getting some pictures done for Christmas (or holiday) cards

We are completely booked for July and only have available dates in August now… almost booked on the first week and starting to have to book sessions for the 2nd week of August

I have to update the picture on the Blog and website and put a picture of Ian and myself… Ian has been the only one working for a while now and there is no picture of him there

He photographed this Wedding a little while ago and I am just now getting to post samples… more Weddings to come as well!

Like I mentioned before I have been very busy editing Weddings and sessions and for that reason haven’t posted much on our Blog lately.

Ian had the pleasure to photograph this Wedding a few weeks ago.. I still have a ton of other ones to post… “I think I can, I think I can “

The couple on this Wedding wanted to have their bridal shots taken at Martin Luther King house… Ian enjoyed shooting there!

We are in the middle of Wedding season, lots and lots of sessions and of course giving attention to our kiddos

I have literally a ton of sessions and Weddings to post… I hope I can find the time sometime soon… but I am more concerned in having them all edited on time and whenever we get a bit of extra time we will update the Blog again..

Enjoy some samples of a Wedding Ian photographed a few months ago… 

I was working, pregnant, went to Brazil, Savannah, Florida/Disney, worked some more, had my chubby boy and realized the year ends today.. wow.

It was a bit of a hard year medical wise but the year was still well worth it since I was blessed with the greatest present God can give someone… a child.

I thought I would be taking some time off in 2011 but I don’t think I am since we will be busy with Weddings this year that comes!

I hope 2011 can bring lots and lots of reasons for you to smile and may God bless and guide all your decisions on this GREAT year that is just now beginning

HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Unfortunately I wasn’t able to photograph this Wedding because I was already on Maternity leave but Ian did an awesome job!!     He mentioned the reception was a very, very fun environment and that every guest was dancing on the dance floor. We love this kind of Wedding where everyone is enjoying themselves… it makes fun pictures!

I went through the photos of the Wedding and loved, loved them

Their Wedding was beautiful (ohhh and what a hot day!) and the story of how they met and started dating was so so sweet 

I am way behind with my posts but I have been so busy with all the editing and sessions… I have a ” baby session ” to post here and tomorrow I will be shooting a newborn and on Sunday a Family session… so more posts to come!

It is a very beautiful place and ohh myy… can I say the french toast I ate there was d-e-l-i-c-i-o-u-s? Nham nham 

I took my husband and daughter with me since the trip was long and I would not be able to sleep away from my little one. We stayed in the same hotel where the ceremony and reception took place.

We left my house at 4ish am and got to Savannah at 10ish which gave me a few hours to drive around the location and take a look at potential places to photograph…hehehe

We were lucky it did not rain and everything went as planned… I just feel sorry the wedding schedule didn’t allow us to have a little bit of extra time to photograph on the street, to use those gorgeous stone walls as a background.

We rode a Trolley to go and take pictures in a park, which was also a cool experience.

I got to photograph Betsy and Thomas’ Wedding for 5 hours and Ian got to photograph them for another 3 1/2 hours. Team work is always better!

The day after the Wedding my family and I spent the day in Savannah and then we headed to Tybee Island to spend a few hours at the beach. Ohhh my daughter certainly enjoyed this Wedding..lol

I have been away from my Blog because I have been very busy photographing and editing Weddings and sessions. I have a BUNCH of samples to post on the Blog (Engagement Sessions, Portrait Sessions…) and I hope to be able to do that very soon!

Meet Betsy and Thomas…

It was the second Wedding that I photographed in Athens… very cute town. It is a good 2 hour drive each way making my total drive time a little over 4 hours… yes, I was tired by the time I got home…  

I left my house very early to make sure I would be there by the agreed time (I left at 11:30am) and only came back home at 11pm… wow… and yeah… I got there 1 1/2h earlier than I was supposed to… oh well..lol

I only met the couple at their Wedding since they booked me through the internet and during the whole communication process Lisa has been so sweet and she was the same way at the Wedding 

You could truly tell how much they loved each other while looking at them… after the ceremony they didn’t stop looking at each other and smiling.. it was so adorable!

Talking about Wedding… my 5 year Wedding anniversary is in 6 days!!! WOW.. I can hardly believe that I got married FIVE years ago.. it goes by SO FAST!
