This session was meant to be an Engagement Session but it ended up being done after Ian photographed their Wedding

This couple live out of state and we were very honored to be chosen to photograph their BIG day. Can’t wait to post samples of their Wedding photos!

I photographed the newborn session of this family first child and now I went to photograph their second baby.

Their first little girl is so big now! I love to see my “little clients” grow.

And their second daughter is the cutest little thing.. I just love all the little baby fat on baby’s arms and legs. I miss seeing that on my girl!

I also just photographed another session for them today so more samples will come soon

until my little one turns FOUR!!! Ohh my… I can hardly believe my precious little one is not a “baby” anymore.. she is now a BIG girl

Every single day that I spend with her and that I hear her telling me how much she loves me is one more day that I have been blessed by God.

There is no bigger treasure or blessing that I could have asked for. I am truly blessed

We took her to Disney (again!) to celebrate her birthday a little early… even though she is still having her birthday party. She loved it and it was a nice 4th of July there for all of us!

Bethany and Christopher are the sweetest couple you will ever meet

Their Wedding was beautiful (ohhh and what a hot day!) and the story of how they met and started dating was so so sweet

I am way behind with my posts but I have been so busy with all the editing and sessions… I have a ” baby session ” to post here and tomorrow I will be shooting a newborn and on Sunday a Family session… so more posts to come!

I just wanted to leave a phrase for you to think about this week… “ Trust God with all your heart “. I trust my God with all my soul and just wanted to share that

I photographed this family a couple of weeks ago (yep, yep.. still catching up with my Blog posts).

This family was referred to me by a client and they referred the family from the previous post to me as well.. how cool is that?

I still have a Wedding and a Family session (Baby session!) to post here..but I will probably only be able to post those when I come back from vacation.. YESSSSSSSS, I am taking my daughter to Disney again..lol.. can you tell we love that place? I will be back next week and will be posting more samples on the Blog as well as photographing new sessions.

Lisa & Adam’s Wedding

This past Sunday I had the pleasure to photograph Lisa and Adam’s Wedding.

It was the second Wedding that I photographed in Athens… very cute town. It is a good 2 hour drive each way making my total drive time a little over 4 hours… yes, I was tired by the time I got home…

I left my house very early to make sure I would be there by the agreed time (I left at 11:30am) and only came back home at 11pm… wow… and yeah… I got there 1 1/2h earlier than I was supposed to… oh well..lol

I only met the couple at their Wedding since they booked me through the internet and during the whole communication process Lisa has been so sweet and she was the same way at the Wedding

You could truly tell how much they loved each other while looking at them… after the ceremony they didn’t stop looking at each other and smiling.. it was so adorable!

Talking about Wedding… my 5 year Wedding anniversary is in 6 days!!! WOW.. I can hardly believe that I got married FIVE years ago.. it goes by SO FAST!

Ohhh I am so glad Winter is behind us… I really don’t like the cold weather!!

I have being enjoying the last days of my vacation and that is why I haven’t posted much on my Blog…

Tomorrow I will shoot a newborn session so I am sure I will have a bunch of cute photos to post here… then Wedding season starts and portraits of course

I haven’t had a chance to photograph my little one as much lately because I am always photographing clients or editing their photos, but when I do photograph her and then look at her photos, I can hardly believe she is already this big!!

I’m back!!!

I am back in Atlanta!!! I was supposed to stay in Brazil until beginning of April but I had to come back a few weeks earlier to organize a few things before “my Wedding season ” started.

I am happy to be back home with my husband… and I am glad I can re-start working

Oh man.. Rio de Janeiro was HOT. I am from Rio but I was not used to 104-110F anymore. It was fun though… better staying in the heat than in the cold I guess.

I have a lot of projects going on and will post details of an upcoming special soon! (newborn mamas – stay tuned!)

Today I found out that I was nominated as one of the “Best of 2009″ by OneWed.com!!!! And do you know what is even cooler? Only two photographers got that nomination in Georgia and I was one of them!

Vacation and Specials!

Yes, I am going on vacation I will be out of the country (in Brazil) for a little over 2 months.. how does that sounds? I am so excited!!!

Ian will still be answering e-mails and doing sessions and weddings but our Blog may be MIA doing this time. If we take a little longer to answer an e-mail, please hang in there… I am sure he will be very busy while I am out

I will be back on the beginning of April to re-start shooting Weddings and sessions and I am sure I will have a ton of photos to share!!

Before I go, I have a few specials to share though…

WEDDINGS:

To book a Wedding we require a $150 reservation fee up front. Your package fee will be due two weeks prior to your Wedding. All Weddings need to be booked by January 30th, 2010 to qualify for the following special.
Special Package – 5hrs for $850

*Up to 1 hour of coverage in your Engagement Session
* Post processing of pictures of your Engagement Session
* A CD with all the best shots of your Engagement Session
* A private online album with all the best shots of your Engagement Session
* Up to 4 hours of coverage in your Wedding Day
* Post processing of pictures of your Wedding Day
* A CD with all the best shots of your Wedding
* A private online album with all the best shots of your Wedding
* Travel costs apply: $0.75/mile (both ways) from zip code 30008

Cost: $850

PORTRAITS:

All sessions need to be booked by January 30th, 2010 to qualify for the following special.

ALL sessions (Engagements, Single/Family Portraits, Maternity, Boudoir, Newborn, etc) will be ONLY $150 on the following dates: April 17th, 18th and 25th!!!

To book a session I only require $50 up front and the Remaining Balance ($100 + travel costs) will be due at your session.

The $150 will include:

*Up to 1 hour of coverage in your session
* Post processing of pictures of your session
* A CD with all the best shots of your session
